FAQ’S
Is it ok if my kids/other family members are in the space when I am on the call? Yes! You have the option to have camera on or off and we will have everyone’s microphones off. We want this to be accessible even in the middle of caring for your babes.
What if I can’t make the live call? We will record the sessions and send to your email within 24 hours of the live call. You will also receive a follow up worksheet to deepen your practice.
Can I get a refund if I don’t think the practice is for me? No, all sales are final so please make sure you’re certain before committing.
Is this exercise? No, somatics is not physical exercise. You will be able to do the practice from the comfort of your living room or your bed - no fitness level required!
